What is the Founders' Edition?

The Founders' Edition is a limited series of only 50 units. Each purifier is numbered and represents the beginning of UNNA Pure. A unique opportunity to be part of our history from the start.

Shipping and Returns

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery times are:
— Peninsular Spain: 2-4 business days
— Rest of Europe: 5-7 business days
All orders include a tracking number.

What is the return policy?

You have 14 days to return the product if it has not been used. If the purifier has any manufacturing defects, we will take care of everything to replace it immediately. We want your experience to be perfect.

Is it easy to clean?

Yes. Being made of SUS304 stainless steel, cleaning is simple and hygienic. Just water and a soft cloth. No hard-to-reach corners, no bacteria accumulation.
